What is the processing time?
Once your prescription is approved, it's sent to our pharmacy partner for preparation. Compounding usually takes 2-3 business days. In times of high volume, processing may extend up to 7-10 business days. Pharmacies are closed on weekends and holidays.
Is shipping included with each order?
Yes, standard shipping is included in the cost of your treatment. There are no separate delivery or handling charges for orders fulfilled through YupMD.
How long does it take to receive my prescribed medication?
Once processing is complete, medications are shipped using 2-day delivery. Most patients receive their order within 5-7 business days from the time their prescription was approved.
What is the processing time for my prescription?
At YupMD, we aim to deliver care efficiently without compromising safety. Once a prescription is approved, our partner pharmacy typically takes 2-3 business days to review and prepare the medication. During high-order volumes and seasonal spikes, timeframes, including delivery, can occur due to volume or supply-related factors.

Occasionally, demand for certain medications may exceed supply—due to manufacturer delays or a surge in patient requests. When this occurs, prescription processing may extend beyond typical timeframes. We understand this can be frustrating and want to assure you that our team and pharmacy partners are working hard to fulfill your order as quickly and safely as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow the status of your delivery and see the estimated arrival date. If you have any questions or run into issues, our support team is here to help at support@yupmd.com.
Can I track my order in the patient portal?
Yes. Along with the tracking link sent by email, you can log into your YupMD dashboard to view real-time updates on your order status. The portal also allows you to see refill eligibility and message our support team with any questions about your prescription.
How do I track my order?
You may track your order through the Patient Dashboard. Follow the steps below:
- Log in to your patient portal.
- Navigate to your Treatments.
- Click on the treatment you want to track.
- You will see your tracking information under the Timeline.
How long does it take for a package to ship after a label is created?
Shipping speed can vary depending on pharmacy processing and carrier pickup timing. Most packages are picked up within a few business days/begin moving shortly after the label is created.
Why isn't my package shipped right after the label is created?
After the label is printed, the package may still be undergoing final review, packaging, or waiting for pickup. Delays can occur due to weekends, holidays, or pharmacy fulfillment schedules.
What should I do if my package is stuck on "Label Created"?
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 business days, please email support@yupmd.com, and our team will investigate with the pharmacy and shipping partners.
Does "Label Created" mean my package is lost?
Not at all. This status usually means the label was printed, but the carrier hasn't picked up or scanned the package yet. Most orders begin moving shortly after.
What does "Label Created, Not Yet Shipped" mean?
This means the shipment has been prepared, but the carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) hasn't physically received the package yet. It's a common and temporary status.
Do I need to sign for my order when it arrives?
No signature is required. Your medication will arrive in discreet packaging and can be delivered to your mailbox without requiring you to be home.
